We worked with Denis on a major home renovation project – split over 2 stages, each approx. 3 months two years apart. The first stage was to demolish existing building extension, gut, re-wire, re-plumb and basically re-build the three bed semi-d from scratch. The second was an attic conversion creating attic room with en-suite as well as additional bedroom on first floor and increasing size of boxroom to double room.
We would recommend Denis to anyone considering a home build or renovation. From the outset, Denis proved himself to be completely reliable; he did exactly what he said he would do – when he said he’d do it! He worked will with all his team, with our architect and communicated regularly with us. This for us was really key. The standard of his work is excellent. Having worked with Denis and his team twice over the two stages says a lot about the quality of his work and the way he works with people. Denis was not just the obvious choice, but the only one as far as we concerned. There’s nowhere left to build now, but if there was it’d be Denis for stage 3. Maybe we should think about that cellar room after all…
